About these terms

These terms apply to your use of realtyit.ca. By using the site you agree to them. RealtyIT is a sub-brand of SAZ.ca (Strategy, AI and Acceleration consulting) and Sedighi.ca, based in Vancouver, British Columbia. Services provided to clients are governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work, which prevails if it conflicts with these terms.

Information on this site

The content on this site is general information for realtors and brokerages about technology and security. It is not legal, financial, compliance or investment advice. Rules for real estate professionals, including those set by regulators such as the BC Financial Services Authority, by real estate boards and by privacy legislation, change over time and vary by province. You are responsible for checking requirements with your brokerage, lawyer or regulator.

We work to keep information accurate and review it regularly, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or current. Prices are starting-from figures in Canadian dollars and may change. Service targets are objectives, not guarantees.

Scenarios and examples

Where we describe situations involving agents, teams or brokerages, they are labelled as example scenarios. They illustrate common problems and are not testimonials, case studies or descriptions of real clients. Product names such as Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, HubSpot, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 belong to their respective owners, and RealtyIT is not affiliated with, endorsed by or a reseller of those products.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site. That includes attempting to disrupt it, accessing it with automated tools in a way that harms performance, copying content in bulk for republication or using it to mislead others. You may link to our pages and quote short excerpts with attribution. Please ask before reproducing larger portions.

Liability and limits

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RealtyIT, SAZ.ca and its people are not liable for losses arising from your reliance on the general information on this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Technology and security measures reduce risk but cannot eliminate it, and no service or guidance can guarantee that an incident will not occur.

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Intellectual property

The text, design and layout of this site belong to RealtyIT and its parent brands unless otherwise stated. Product names and logos of third parties belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility. You may print or save pages for your own use, and you may share links freely.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and disputes are subject to the courts of British Columbia.
